Terms and Conditions of Participation
"Sneak Preview – 360° Panorama of Konstanz" Contest

The contest entry will be posted on Instagram as a collaboration post by the accounts @konstanz_info(opens in new tab) and @360panorama.konstanz(opens in new tab) Published.
Marketing und Tourismus Konstanz GmbH is organizing the contest, selecting the winners, and sending them the initial notification.
Panorama Konstanz is a partner and the organizer of the sneak preview.
This contest is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by Instagram or Meta.
2. Profit
A total of 75 individual seats for the exclusive sneak preview of the 360° panorama of Konstanz on
Friday, September 11, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The sneak preview will take place one day before the official opening of the 360° Panorama Konstanz.
The winners can look forward to:
- Preview of the 360° Panorama Constance 1414–1418
- personal leadership
- "Meet the Artist" with Yadegar Asisi
- Drinks and light refreshments
Each winner will receive a single seat for the sneak preview. A companion is not included in the prize.
The prize may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged.
Travel, lodging, and other personal expenses are not included in the prize.
The organizer reserves the right to make program changes for good cause. This applies in particular to individual program items or the personal participation of announced performers, provided that their participation is not possible for reasons beyond the control of the organizer or its partners.
3. Entry Period
The contest begins when the contest post is published on Instagram.
The deadline for entry is September 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Entries received after this date cannot be considered.
4. Participation
To enter the giveaway, visit the joint Instagram collaboration post by @konstanz_info and @360panorama.konstanz.
To enter the contest, participants must:
- the Instagram accounts @360panorama.konstanz follow and
- the question below the contest post "Why do you want to participate?" Answer in a comment.
Participation is free and is not contingent on the purchase of a product or ticket.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
5. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are individuals aged 18 years residing in Germany or Switzerland.
Employees of Marketing und Tourismus Konstanz GmbH, Panorama Konstanz GmbH & Co. KG, as well as individuals directly involved in the design or implementation of the sweepstakes, are excluded from participation.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest in the event of attempts at manipulation, false information, unauthorized multiple entries, or other violations of these terms and conditions.
6. Selection of the Winners
After the entry period ends, a drawing will be held among all valid entries 75 winners will be selected at random by Marketing und Tourismus Konstanz GmbH.
The winners will then exclusively via direct message through the official Instagram account @konstanz_info notified of their prize.
Marketing und Tourismus Konstanz GmbH will never ask winners to pay any fees or provide payment or credit card information in the prize notification.
Winners are asked to confirm their prize within the timeframe specified in the notification.
If no response is received within this timeframe, the prize may be reallocated.
7. Registration for the Sneak Preview and Personal Information
Once their win has been confirmed, the winners will receive information on how to register for the sneak preview.
The personal data required to organize the event, in particular First and last name, as well as email address, are processed for the purpose of organizing and conducting the sneak preview.
If provided for in the organizational plan, the winners will receive a link from Marketing und Tourismus Konstanz GmbH through which they can provide the required data submit it directly to Panorama Konstanz may.
The data collected in connection with the contest or the registration will be used exclusively for conducting the contest, processing prizes, and organizing and conducting the sneak preview.
Contact information will not be used for newsletters or other direct marketing communications without a separate legal basis or consent required for such purposes.

8. Photography and Video Recording During the Sneak Preview
During the sneak preview on September 11, 2026 Photos and videos will be taken.
These are used in particular for Documentation, as well as press, public relations, and communications activities related to the opening and the 360° panorama of Konstanz.
Recordings of the event may be published or used, in particular, on the following channels:
- Websites of 360° Panorama Konstanz and participating partners
- Social media channels, especially Instagram and Facebook
- Press and Public Relations
- Newsletter
- Digital and print communication and marketing materials related to the 360° panorama of Konstanz
This may also result in overview shots, group photos, and event footage in which individual participants are recognizable.
Participants will be reminded again before or during the event that photos and videos will be taken.
For specific individual shots, interviews, testimonials, or similar highlighted depictions of individual participants, separate consent will be obtained—to the extent required by law.
Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed may contact the event team on-site. The event team will take this into account—to the extent possible from an organizational standpoint—when creating and selecting the material.

9. Conduct of the Event
In addition, the 360° Panorama Konstanz’s house rules, safety regulations, and visitor policies apply to attendance at the sneak preview.
This prize entitles the winner exclusively to attend the sneak preview on September 11, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m..
If a winner is unable to attend on this date, there is no entitlement to an alternate date, a cash payment, or any other form of compensation for the prize.
10. Changes to or Early Termination of the Contest
Marketing und Tourismus Konstanz GmbH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest early for good cause if its proper conduct can no longer be guaranteed for factual, technical, or legal reasons.
11. Instagram / Meta
This contest is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta and is neither sponsored, endorsed, nor organized by Instagram or Meta.
All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the contest should be directed to the Marketing and Tourism Konstanz, LLC and not to be directed to Instagram or Meta.
Instagram and Meta are not available as points of contact for the giveaway.
12. Data Protection and Deletion
Personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary for conducting the sweepstakes, notifying winners, and organizing and conducting the sneak preview, or if there is another appropriate legal basis.
The personal data collected for these purposes will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the stated purposes and there are no statutory retention requirements or other legal grounds preventing its deletion.
Data subjects have, in accordance with legal requirements, the right to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing, as well as, where applicable, the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

13. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
