Terms and Conditions (T&C) for the Panorama Konstanz Online Store

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store of
Panorama Konstanz. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Contracting Parties

The purchase agreement is entered into with Panorama Konstanz GmbH & Co. KG.

3. Offer and Conclusion of the Contract

The products displayed in the online store, in particular tickets and guided tours, do not constitute a legally
binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order,
the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded
when we accept the customer’s order by sending a confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in euros and include the applicable value-added tax. Payment can be made
either by credit card or using other payment methods offered in the online store.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Tickets will be sent via email to the customer's provided email address after payment has been successfully processed.
For guided tours, customers will receive a confirmation email with additional information about the event.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
The cancellation period begins upon receipt of the confirmation. To exercise the right of cancellation,
the customer must notify us by means of a clear statement (e.g., by mail or email).

7. Data Protection

The collection, processing, and use of personal data are carried out in accordance with applicable

8. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions
be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
