The Panorama Konstanz combines art, architecture, and history into a unique experience. At its heart is the monumental 360° Panorama by Yadegar Asisi, which brings the era of the Council of Constance (1414–1418) to life. The visit is enhanced by the extraordinary architecture, a 50-meter-high rooftop terrace with views of Konstanz and Lake Constance, as well as rotating exhibitions and events.


Yes. The Panorama is an ideal destination for a day trip in any weather. The exhibition is indoors and offers an impressive experience regardless of rain or heat. Depending on the weather, you can also visit the rooftop terrace.


The opening exhibition features the monumental 360° Panorama “Konstanz 1414–1418” by the artist Yadegar Asisi. The artwork transports visitors back to the time of the Council of Constance and brings the life of the medieval city with its people, architecture, and atmosphere vividly to life.


The panorama is perfect for families. Children can discover countless details and scenes, while adults can keep discovering new stories and perspectives. Sharing this sense of wonder makes the visit a special experience for all generations.


The observation tower is round 50 meters high. From the publicly accessible rooftop terrace, visitors can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Konstanz, Lake Constance, and the Alps.


Yes. Access to the rooftop terrace is already included in the Panorama ticket. However, you can also visit the rooftop terrace separately from a visit to the exhibition for a small admission fee and enjoy the view of Konstanz, Lake Constance, and the Alps.


For the grand opening, a small food and beverage area offering snacks and drinks will be available. We also plan to open a restaurant with a rooftop terrace at a later date. We will publish more information about opening hours and offerings well in advance of the grand opening.


Tickets can be conveniently booked online in advance. Advance ticket sales will begin well in advance of the opening.


Gift certificates will be available in time for the start of ticket sales and make ideal gifts.


Visitors can park in the Europabrücke public parking garage, located at Reichenaustraße 70, 78467 Konstanz, right next to the panorama. We recommend traveling by public transportation or bicycle, especially on weekends.


Out of consideration for the exhibition and all visitors, dogs are not permitted in the Panorama. Of course, service dogs are exempt from this rule.


The Panorama is designed to be accessible, ensuring a comfortable visit for people with limited mobility.


Strollers can be brought along without any problems.


Photography and filming for personal use are welcome. For commercial photography or the use of professional equipment, please contact us in advance.


Definitely. The Panorama is located right next to Konstanz’s Old Town and is the perfect place to combine with a walk along the Seerhein, a stroll through the city, or a visit to the waterfront promenade.


Free Wi-Fi is available to visitors at the Panorama.


For your visit, you should allow about 1.5 to 2 hours Plan accordingly. If you take the time to explore the exhibition, the rooftop terrace, and the dining options, you can enjoy your visit even longer.
