New Landmark on Lake Constance

An aerial drone shot zooming in on a distinctive cylindrical building with a colorful, multi-toned facade next to a river. As the camera approaches, the outer walls of the structure split open vertically to reveal a massive, 360-degree panoramic art exhibition inside, featuring a tall viewing platform where visitors stand looking out at the displayed landscape mural.

A building that sparks curiosity. A world that captivates you.

At first glance, the video reveals what sets the Panorama Konstanz apart: extraordinary architecture that piques curiosity from the outside—and, inside, opens up a completely different world through the 360° panorama. Sectional perspective of the panorama by sauerbruch hutton

A vibrant architectural icon on the outside. A moving art experience within.

At the entrance to the city of Constance, the renowned architecture firm sauerbruch hutton designed more than a new excursion destination on Lake Constance. They created a dynamic landmark. The innovative façade of the 50-metre-high tower is based on the principle of kinetic polychromy: its appearance changes depending on perspective and light, creating the impression that the building is visually in motion. The architecture itself is an experience.

The video showcases a collection of visual highlights captured in a 360-degree panorama style. It opens with a young boy sitting in a dimly lit room, holding a small light source. This is followed by artistic close-up shots, including a glass of a dark beverage resting on a reflective surface and extreme macro perspectives filtered through text elements. As the video progresses, it features a series of emotional, cinematic portraits of people illuminated by soft, dramatic lighting as they gaze thoughtfully into the distance or upward. The clip concludes with a moody profile shot of a person turning away, fading out slowly to black.

Rooftop Terrace - a sensory experience for all.

The panorama features a spectacular 360° viewing terrace in Konstanz. Rising to an impressive height of 50 meters, it creates an entirely new destination for the city. Visitors can look forward to a publicly accessible 360° rooftop terrace, a future restaurant, and breathtaking panoramic views across Lake Constance, the Rhine, the old town, and the Alps.

In the evening, this unique location becomes even more magical. As the sun sets over the lake and the entire surroundings glow in golden light, the rooftop terrace transforms into an unforgettable experience high above Konstanz.
